The QA manager BU ECA is the driving force to meet the quality ambition of the BU. The BU is located in 11 EU countries and is selling feed (additives) to a variety of customers including integrators, home mixer farmers) in and outside EU. In this position you assure compliance with feed regulation and lead/support projects to continuously improve quality conform customer and internal expectations. You lead the BU QA team and are responsible for the QA ECA strategy and program and its subsequent implementation. You report to the ECA BU Managing Director and are member of the ECA Business Unit team and are furthermore part of the Quality Leadership team with functional reporting line to the Global Quality Director LF.
Areas of responsibilities
Organization
Leads and continuously improves the QA organization and network in ECA and works closely together with Central Quality and other BU managers thereby ensuring best practice development
Quality & Compliance policies and systems
Supports the development of Quality policies, standards, and tools for Livestock Feed and responsible for deployment in ECA.
Quality Excellence
Drives continuous improvement of Quality & Compliance processes in the organization in close cooperation with other disciplines including Regulatory Affairs, Formulation and Operations.
Customer satisfaction
Develops Customer QA relationships, advises on solutions with the customer to solve the high impact complaints and issues
Communication
Supports the communication of quality & compliance programs, standards and performance to the organization and gives advice on priorities and improvement

What you bring
- Academic degree preferably in food/feed technology, or similar education
- At least 10 years of work experience including 3 to 5 years in a comparable or relevant position
- Knowhow in quality management (system, tools, processes)
- Experience in working with multi-disciplinary teams in an international environment
- Fluent in English both in word and writing
- Entrepreneurial, result oriented, persuasive, and ambitious
- Great communication skills on al levels
