As Customer Engagement Manager Dairy, you bring branded value propositions to market by developing marketing and communications strategies for the dairy portfolio of products, programmes and services. You also support and identify new innovation projects to meet future market needs.
You ensure that our products, programmes and services are strongly positioned to meet customer’s needs across multiple markets. You do this in close collaboration with colleagues in cross-functional project teams and in our operating companies.
What are your key accountabilities?
In your role as Customer Engagement Manager Dairy, you fulfill three responsibility areas:
Customer Engagement Management
Identify and assess new market opportunities, monitor customer satisfaction and understanding of our offerings, and identify offering improvements based on market feedback;
Maintain and report a keen understanding of industry trends affecting customers and make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy;
Actively embody a culture of marketing excellence that advances and advocates the added value generated from a community of like-minded and best in class marketers;
Establish key relationships across global functions and with local marketing managers, delivering marketing expertise and excellence where required.
Dairy Community Management
Set up and implement social media and communication campaigns and ongoing plans to align with marketing strategies, along with clear metrics and monitoring;
Support the launch of new value propositions in collaboration with the marketing manager and colleagues in the operating companies in various markets. Support on branding, marketing and communication to build consistent and concise positioning in line with the company’s branding policy;
Coordinate the organisation of dairy events including conferences, trade shows, round tables, internal team building and client entertainment in collaboration with the global event coordinator.
Manage and execute marketing communication activities, initiatives and materials in line with the dairy marketing strategy in a timely manner;
Create engaging content for internal and external audiences across a variety of mediums, including websites, whitepapers, press releases, articles and presentations;
Monitor, analyse and communicate communications perfomance results on a monthly basis.

What we ask
As a Customer Engagement Manager Dairy, you are a marketing and communication specialist with demonstrated experience in ruminant animal health/nutrition. You have international experience and you are a cross-functional team player. You like to collaborate with others. You have a strategic and analytical mindset and excellent communication skills.
What you bring
Academic degree in marketing/communications/jounalism preferably with a Bachelor or Master Degree in Science, Health (Life) Science or Business;
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the ruminant animal health/nutrition industry preferably in marketing. International experience with global brands as an advantage;
Minimum of 2 years product/brand management experience with a proven track record in working with complementary online/offline marketing activities and communication tools
Digital experience: familiar with Office 365 Suite (SharePoint, Sway etc), good knowledge of social media and monitoring tools such as Hootsuite or Falcon is an advantage, ideally experienced with CRM, Episerver CMS and basic mastery or design tools (Adobe, Canva) is welcome;
Ability to manage and coordinate international projects involving multiple stakeholders in a cross-functional team and local markets, making sure progress is made according to timelines and milestones;
Excellent communication and writing skills;
Team working abilities with a proactive and collaborative approach;
Creativeness, strategic orientation and good analytical and operational skills;
A team player that collaborates with global and local colleagues with a strategic yet operational “let’s make things happen” mindset;
Self-driven, results-oriented and ale to work independently with a sense of urgency to get things done;
Language: Business English to a high level, other languages as an advantage;
Travel would be approximately 25% internationally.
