“Nutreco really embraces and feeds new technologies.” - Lucia Luijben, investment associate
- Amersfoort, Netherlands
- Full time
In a world with limited natural resources and a growing population, the demand for food is constantly rising. Sustainably meeting this demand poses many complicated challenges. As Global IBP Deployment Project Manager, you can contribute to our purpose of Feeding the Future by implementing integrated business planning throughout our organisation, coaching your colleagues across the globe, and continuously improving our processes and systems.
If you are a passionate expert in supply chain planning and are energized by making a significant impact by helping us transition to truly integrated planning, this is the job for you!
We are currently expanding the Nutreco IBP Team, an international group of S&OP specialists, in preparation to deploy integrated business planning in our OpCos worldwide. To facilitate this transition, we have already created a deployment plan and are investing heavily in state-of-the-art tooling (o9 solutions).
After their onboarding, which will include training in all relevant tools and systems, the successful candidates will each lead one to three deployment projects simultaneously, implementing IBP in various business sites. Although the deployment process has already been outlined, we expect the new team members to adjust it based on the needs of the OpCo and their own individual strengths.
Besides running deployment projects, the Global IBP Deployment Project Managers will also work on continuously improving our processes and systems, coach and support their colleagues and undertake analytical and planning activities.
The Nutreco IBP Team meets in person once a week and also spends a significant amount of time together virtually. In combination with a flat organisational structure, this allows for a regular exchange of experiences and ideas and provides lots of opportunities to learn from one another and grow as a team.
The Global IBP Deployment Project Managers spend about a third of their time with the IBP Team while two thirds are dedicated to their projects and OpCos, which also includes occasional travel to our business sites around the globe. They report to the IBP Director and have no direct reports themselves.
