What are you going to do?
The HR Data and Reporting Specialist is the one that from a data point of view understands the need of the business and translates that thru data into accessible reports and dashboard. Therefore, stimulating continuous improvement and the Agile decision-making process within HR.
Nutreco uses Workday to manage all HR processes. So together with Power BI tools, your responsibility lays in mining data, validate it and translate it into information the business can use to create or adjust policies, and eventually reach their goals. In order to achieve that, it is expected that you have a good level of HR functions knowledge and understand the data you are processing.
Due to the development ambitions, the HR Data and Reporting Specialist is also highly involved in improvement of the systems and processes. So, besides processing the current data, the HR Data and Reporting Specialist together with the team runs projects to improve data around the company. This means, transfer the development into workable projects and constantly communicating and aligning with all stakeholders.

The HR Data and Reporting Specialist works close within a team of four people and reports to Global HR Technology Manager.
What are your key accountabilities?
• Collecting requirements and developing customized reports, dashboards and graphs based on analysis presenting to management, either in Workday and Power BI;
• Creating processes to ensure HR data quality and consistency;
• Performing further analysis to determine the story behind the data and translate this into meaningful visualizations for the management board;
• Training relevant audience on usage of reports and dashboards;
• Collaborating with various HR functions and Centers of Expertise in order to achieve business goals;
• Oversee the data definition of HR data to allow for collaboration with HR stakeholders and departments beyond HR (Finance, HSE, IT, E&C, etc). Nutreco’s goal is to display meaningful business insights combining data of multiple departments

What we ask
To succeed in this role, you are an expert when it comes to data analysis. Especially in HR related data. Therefore, you know your database fundamentals and statistic basics, knows how to mine data and transfer them into relevant models and who how to manage cross-modules reports and security.
Due to the relatively new systems, you are al builder and always driven to improve the system and data that flows out of it. To do so, you are able to translate business requirements into reports and dashboards and do have a project management skillset combined; including communicational skills like stakeholder management (up to director/board level) and presentations.
What you bring
• You have a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics or Statistics;
• You have at least 3 or more years’ experience within data analysis;
• You have professional English communication skills (oral and written);
• You have excellent skills in Microsoft Office (SQL and Excel);
• You have relevant experience within Power BI systems;
• You have relevant experience within HR management systems, preferably with Workday.
