About the job


Looking for an international role in poultry? Look no further. We are hiring a Poultry Manager Export for Central/Eastern Europe and Central Asia where you will work with our current and potential large customers to build long-term strategic partnerships.

A day in the life…

The Central/East Europe team is located all over Europe and Central Asia. Depending on your location (either Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Poland, Romania, Czech Republic or Italy) you might decide to go to the office or work from home.

You will be working on:

  • Developing and maintaining an efficient sales (support) organization, according to the framework of the year plans, to obtain the quantitative and qualitative sales targets

  • Identifying emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

  • Providing on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and  close new deals. Coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.

  • Building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs

  • Presenting sales, revenue and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

Preferred Qualification and Experience

  • University education - Veterinary or agriculture

  • Strong business sense and industry expertise

  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets

  • Fluency in English and Russian

  • Ability and willingness to travel internationally

  • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization

  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
