QA manager Processes & Systems

As the QA manager Processes and Systems, you will enable Livestock Feed through development and continuous improvement of an advanced quality framework describing requirements and processes in a user-friendly and attractive way that is applicable to the total organization.

You work closely in multidisciplinary teams to develop and maintain advanced tools critical for our quality processes i.e that these are fit for purpose and well deployed. You furthermore lead and support networks and expert teams for effective sharing of best practices and learning from mistakes and translation into ready to use documents for the broader community. You report to the Global Quality Director Livestock Feed (LF).

Areas of responsibilities

Quality & Feed Safety System

• Program manager for design and deployment of an advanced Quality System – the foundation for the Livestock Feed organization to meet internal/external legal/certification requirements on feed safety & quality – simple, principle based, user-friendly, up to date
• Lead and support to the quality community LF to develop standards and processes that enable the business to meet the quality/legal requirements – incorporated into Nutrace Essentials or accompanying dedicated pillars
• Member/lead of multidisciplinary expert teams that embed the QA and QC processes into the relevant systems including 1QM and LIMS (is key user)
• Works closely together with Innovation, Operations (OE) and HSE to assure one way of working, applying the same principles and creating effectiveness in tools and processes

Quality culture

• Starts and successfully implements initiatives to increase quality & feed safety awareness and know how about the Nutrace Essentials throughout the organization

Continuous Improvement

• Responsible for internal control for Quality, the yearly context analysis and the yearly management review for Livestock Feed as input for the QA strategy cycle, the QA plan and priority setting by the business.
• Develops (together with other disciplines including OE) a Quality/ Feed Safety dashboard to assess performance (leading & lagging KPI’s)
• Executes assessments/audits on business processes/ Nutrace Essentials within the internal organization and provides solutions on challenges to comply
• Provides training regarding Nutrace Essentials – examples crisis management and change control

Others

• Member of Central Quality LF (enterprise, global solutions & center of expertise role) for the total organization. Co designs the Quality & Feed Safety compliance strategy
• Member of the Quality Leadership Team with joined ownership to set the priorities and support the organization to meet their quality ambition
