In this role, key responsibilities will be·

Purchasing

oReviews, processes, and executes weekly mill and warehouse order requests, ensuring supply, and following through until delivery to ensure timeliness, and accuracy.

oCreate and administers contract purchase orders from bookings made by buyer.

oReviews, processes, and executes daily formulation requests, ensuring accuracy, legality, and our ability to manufacture as formulated.

oHandles inbound trucking and ingredient issues as needed.

·Data, document and information processing

oReceives, classifies, consolidates, and/or summarizes documents and information.

oProcesses data and information in various systems / databases according to the relevant work instructions.

oProcesses invoices, expense statements and other financial documents.

oMaintains records or documents and data processed.

Candidates must have excellent administration skills with a good knowledge of excel and be able to communicate across all levels of the business.
