Internal Control Manager

Internal Control and Risk Management

• Liaison with corporate risk management teams to ensure all required risk management programs (GIA, NBSF, FCF, SOD, external audits) adequately implemented in Asia OpCos   

• Coordinating Asia OpCo risk management programs, clarifying on control requirements and guiding OpCo on resolving internal control issues.  

• Performing risk evaluation on financial processes, recommending process improvement actions and ensure the actions are implemented.

• Building risk awareness by providing support and training within the company

• Reviewing of BU credit/capex application to ensure all applications are in line with global rules and guidelines

Financial Reporting

• Supporting BU Financial reporting manager to ensure reports are prepared accurately and on time in compliance our corporate guidelines and requirements.

• Supporting BU Financial Reporting manager in coordinating of the Planning & Rolling Forecasting

• Business Analysis and support. Develop financial models, prepare sensitivity financial forecast analysis and reporting tools to identify business opportunities, risk and ensure performance better

• Supporting Performance Management Improvement projects. Work with BU and OpCo to improve reporting transparency and performance management system

• Management support: Support country Finance Manager and BU FD

Requirements

• Academic level, degree in Business Economics, Business Administration or comparable

• 5-10 years of experience in senior financial reporting and analyst role

• Strong experience with manufacturing business is required as a hands-on approach is required.

• Experience in partner with senior management team to drive business

• Experience with using database reporting engineer such as One-stream. Professional excel level

• Experience with leading IT functions ERP systems.

• International working experience or experience in global operating companies.

• Good (preferably fluent) in English.

• Willing to travel
