Operations Support Officer

Salary/Rate of Pay:             £25,000

Hours per week:                  F/T – 35 Hours Monday to Friday

Your Contribution

Working as a key member of the Operations team, the Operations Support Officer is someone who provides administrative support to Production, Maintenance, Operational Excellence and Health & Safety functions.

How you will help:

Keys Tasks

• Ensure timely collection, management and presentation of production and OE data and records for reports

• Provide support to maintenance team including the raising and reconciliation of purchase orders, administration of the maintenance management system and preparation of work permits

• Provide support to the H&S function, including ensuring routine tasks, audits and reports are delivered on time, PPE consumables are stocked and replenished

• Other reasonable operations support duties as required by the Operations Team

What you need to do the job:

Essential:

• 1 Years relevant experience in an administration role

• GCSE Pass (English and Maths)

• Excellent communication skills

• High attention to detail

• Ability to work on your own initiative as well as within a team

• Eligibility to work in the UK.

Desirable:

• 3rd Level Qualification

• Experience working in a Fast Paced environment

• Knowledge and experience of animal feeds / premix industry

• Health & Safety Accreditation
