MAIN DUTIES

Applying payments to customer accounts on time and correctly
Monitoring payments received via the internet
Reconciliation of bank transactions
Participates in the maintenance of customer accounts
Issuance of statements of account
Preparation of pre-authorized payments
Preparation of deposits
Respond to various customer requests
Support to credit managers
Other related tasks

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

DEP or other diploma in accounting or a related field
Experience of three to five years in accounting or in an accounts receivable department

REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

Have good analytical skills and attention to detail
Sense of organization and initiative.
Have good judgment and thoroughness.
Autonomy, resourcefulness, and sense of responsibility
Focused on customer service
Enjoy teamwork.
Good computer skills, including Excel and Office Suite software
Facility at learning new computer systems
