Role Description :

The Technical Service (for East Java Region, Indonesia) will provide technical service and support to customers namely Livestock Producers, Integrators and Feedmillers. In this position, will be the lead contact for our Customers for on farm support and nutritional advice using Trouw Nutrition’s innovative approach integrating nutrition, animal health and farm management to maximize performance and help our Customers to prosper

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Technical Service Support :

- Ensuring that we have the best farm technical services to our Customer and Consumer (Farmer) - related to nutritional management, production management, feeding program and various, using Trouw Nutrition’s know how

- Identify complex or advanced customer production performance issues and opportunities, and engage appropriate support from the team to provide technical solutions

- To organize, provide and/or facilitate technical or product field training for key stakeholders, including customers, distributors and/or colleagues.

- Provide customer solutions and technical support materials to specific customers

- Develop new market opportunities with commercial activities in the market including farm talk, farm development and services

- Link Service with commercial and strategic objectives for the market

- Support Commercial for Sales excellence capability

General :

- Partner with business/functional stakeholders to exchange ideas and development of new concepts and service program

- Liaising with internal departments and external parties to ensure customer requirements are met

- Develop and leverage external network contact (Industry partners, University, Testing Laboratories)

Required Qualification :

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Veterinary/Animal Science) or equivalent experience preferably Post Graduate

- Minimum of four years of related work experience with Monogastrics

- Technical experience with Feed Formulation software

- Ability to present to both technical and non-technical audiences
