主要职责及权限范围Main Responsibilitiesand Scope of Authorizations：

I). 行业分析(水产品与饲料行情) | Industry Analysis (aquatic products and feed market)

收集国内水产养殖品种信息，养殖量，饲料市场容量。

Collect the information of domestic aquaculture varieties, aquaculture volume and feed market capacity.

收集并分析竞争对手报表信息、产能扩张信息、新动向及行业报告。

Collect and analyse the information of competitor reports and capacity expansion, new trends and industry reports.

通过各种渠道收集与客户及行业相关的信息，如客户拜访、行业报告等。

Collect the customer and industry related information through various channels, such as customer visits, industry reports, and so on.

产品、市场、客户调研分析: 市场总量、前景、养殖利润、养殖模式、养殖存活率。

Conduct the research and analysis of product, market and customer to get the total market volume, prospect, breeding profit, breeding mode and breeding survival rate, etc.

II). 战略发展 | Strategy Development

链接Skretting全球水产发展战略和资源，融合国内的市场情况，分析鉴别，参与并协助制定地区战略与品种战略。Link Skretting global aquaculture development strategy and resources, integrate, analyse and identify the domestic marketing (MIDAS, local information sourcing and filtering & verifying and so on); participate in and assist in the formulation of regional strategy and variety strategy.

III). 线上宣传和推广 | Online Publicity and Promotion

管理公司线上宣传活动， 如：Wechat等。

Manage the online marketing activities, such as Wechat, and so on.

与水产养殖，饲料的相关的媒体协作，推广树立Skretting品牌形象（包括技术类和产品类）

Cooperate with related medias in the aquaculture and feed fields to establish and promote Skretting brand image (including technology and products).

IV). 市场活动管理 | Marketing Activities Management

宣传材料撰写、礼品策划与制作。

Prepare/Draft the publicity materials, plan and prepare the gift for activities.

策划及组织经销商及招商会议、准备会议材料与宣传品。

Plan & organize the dealer meetings and investment promotion meetings; prepare the meeting materials and publicity materials.

V). 直属主管/经理安排的其他相关工作事务。Other related tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.
