Trouw Nutrition is looking for a Territory Manager to cover Eastern Nova Scotia (Antigonish to Cape Breton) and Newfoundland territories. This role, reporting to the Sales Supervisor, Atlantic, involves supporting a well-established and expanding customer base of local dairy producers. The successful candidate will be expected to uphold the company's core values of Innovation, Caring, Capable, and Collaboration in all their activities.

Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain long-term, committed partnerships with customers.
- Grow the business portfolio within the Eastern Nova Scotia and Newfoundland Region.
- Collaborate with the nutrition team to balance diets, maximizing productivity and profitability for dairy producers.
- Support cross-functional team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Foster positive relationships with industry professionals and producers.
- Provide strategic business planning input as needed.
- Exemplify leadership and service within the dairy and feed industry.
- Represent Trouw Nutrition at customer events, tradeshows, and conferences.
Qualifications
- Diploma or BSc in Agricultural Science or a related field.
- 2+ years Industry experience in a customer-facing role.
- Familiarity with the dairy farming industry.
- Proven ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Flexibility and a willingness to be coached and learn new processes.
- Innovative mindset and openness to change.
