Trouw Nutrition – Hi-Pro Feeds, LLC, a Nutreco brand that has maintained a spirit of excellence since 1968 by anticipating and meeting the needs of our livestock customers. Our team works with Livestock Producers (beef & dairy), the Dealer Market, and Nutritionists. Hi-Pro provides a full line of feeds for all species in our market area which includes Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, Oklahoma and Colorado. Quality is the first ingredient at Hi-Pro Feeds!

We are seeking a Customer Service Rep for our Hi-Pro Feeds brand in Friona, TX. This position is responsible for ensuring accurate, efficient and timely delivery of feed products while providing courteous, quality conscious customer service. Position will also deal with complaints and questions associated with freight and billing issues that may arise with product shipped to customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate and timely assistance in handling and processing dealer, rancher and dairy orders.

  • Develop a strong working relationship with Hi-Pro salesmen to guarantee customer needs are met.

  • Build positive relationships with repeat customers.

  • Effectively resolve service issues in a timely manner.

  • Communicate effectively with internal and external contacts.

  • Efficient and timely in Invoicing shipped product, day of shipment.

Qualifications:

  • Attention to detail.

  • Proficient in Microsoft office including Outlook, Word and Excel.

  • A positive attitude and a cheerful, outgoing personality.

  • Ability to think outside the box and embrace change.

  • On time and dependable.

  • Willingness to take initiative and go the extra mile in resolving issues for both internal and external customers.

This is a full-time position, located at our plant location in Friona, TX.
