Reporting to the Regional Operations Director, West Region, the Unite Inventory Analyst will be the "Unite/M3 Super-user" within the West Region. You will play a crucial role in supporting Unite (M3) system users, training new team members, and troubleshooting system/inventory process issues.

Responsibilities:

Inventory Management

  • Complete daily routine inventory analysis
  • Assist in the setup and execution of monthly stock counts, ensuring all counts are fully updated.
  • Monitor and analyze monthly stock gains/losses for all locations.
  • Identify and address high-impact areas for stock variance, providing recommendations to resolve issues.
  • Ensure accurate stock reporting for all sites.
  • Support Logistics with offsite inventory adjustments and PO Returns.

Process Management

  • Ensure accurate departure dates for all deliveries.
  • Maintain routine practices, including Open PO, Open DO, and Open Customer Return checks.
  • Lead by example and support new business process/system updates/changes.
  • Update instruction sheets to reflect changes in procedures or M3.
  • Monitor and manage critical conflict access for SOD release.
  • Perform UAT testing for projects or M3 updates.

User Support & Training

  • Train new users in Factory Track and M3 navigation.
  • Provide ongoing support to all Factory Track, Loadout Tool, and M3 users, addressing questions on navigation, processes, and reporting.

  • Ability to handle ambiguity with flexibility and patience.
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the Region.
  • Strong prioritization and time management skills.
  • Capability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

  • Experience in effective collaboration and professional business partnering.
  • Proven team player with the ability to work within teams and a positive, passionate attitude.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • High learning capacity and eagerness to learn and to consistently develop your knowledge and understanding of the Unite/M3 system and relevant processes related to Unite/M3 and Inventory
  • High level of computer competency including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Excel is required, as well as experience with Power BI.
