Are you passionate about demand and supply planning? Trouw Nutrition is looking for a Demand & Supply Planning Manager to drive excellence in the supply chain for our Companion Animal business unit.

What You’ll Do:
Reporting to the Regional Supply Chain Manager for the Atlantic Region, as Demand & Supply Planning Manager for the Companion Animal business unit, you will:
• Manage Demand and Supply Planning: Work with colleagues across the team and the business to ensure effective supply and use of information and business systems. Be an active part of business meetings and activities to ensure the success of the business unit in delivering excellence in service to the customer.
• Optimise inventory and working capital: Define and deliver inventory processes and controls to ensure material availability within stock control parameters
• Deliver against KPIs: Track, monitor and deliver against the key supply chain measurables
• Lead our Integrated Business Planning: Develop and drive the medium and long term strategies in order to deliver supply chain excellence for the business unit
• Drive continuous improvement: Identify opportunities within the business unit supply chain and drive improvements and savings
• Lead and develop the team: Manage the team within Nutreco HR policies, and actively coach and develop your team.
• Ensure Quality and HSE compliance: Ensure that all activities and processes are executed within Nutreco HSE and Quality rules.
Who You Are:
You are, proactive, planning manager with experience in relevant manufacturing or FMCG environments. You have strong organisational and communication skills, are self-motivated, and excel in driving continuous improvement. Willing to travel (if required) for training and alignment across the organisation's Companion Animal network.
• Preferably degree qualified in the field of supply chain, operations, economics, technical engineering or similar, or can demonstrate significant industry experience
• Demonstrable experience (ideally 5 years) in a similar position, leading demand and supply planning. Experience in customer service, manufacturing or sales would be an advantage.
• Excellent knowledge and expertise of planning tools in an ERP environment (preferably Infor M3)
• Data driven, and an analytical problem solver.
• Have the ability to lead and develop teams and team members.
