One of our two global business lines, Livestock Feed, is launching a new strategy with clear choices on where to play and how to win. We are looking for an Interim Global Change Manager, who will ensure successful and sustainable adoption of this strategy by taking a hands-on lead role in the PMO team to deliver this value proposition program.
You will work closely at strategic level with the leadership team to create an actionable change plan, integrated in the project management approach and workstreams. Your plans show an understanding of the desired behavioral outcomes that drive success. You coordinate and guide regional implementation teams from a prioritized global transformation roadmap and our established change methodology.
This position reports to our Business Transformation & Change Management Center of Expertise (CoE) team in global HR.
About The Role
Responsibilities:
Manage stakeholders and communications, conduct change and workforce impact analyses, assess change readiness, and help implement transition plans globally and locally
Collaborate with senior business and HR leaders to redesign the org structure, roles and skills in line with operating model changes
Proactively advise, challenge, motivate and coach senior leaders as they help their teams through transitions, acting and speaking as one global leadership team.
Skills and Expertise
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in business, HR, Organizational Development, or related field.
10+ years of experience in HR and change management, with a focus on highly complex large-scale transformations (i.e. organizational structure, operating business model, new process implementation, etc.)
Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools, Prosci certification preferred
Experience in lead HR role for M&A approaches, tools and phases of the M&A cycle
Exceptional communication skills and informal (network) leadership to act as authoritative specialist advisor, while working effectively at all levels and across cultures.
Expectation from Role:
Interim contract for 12 months minimum and as capacity fluctuates, contract can be extended up to 24 months.
You are a team player with strong interpersonal and senior leadership skills. Working closely together with leadership, the PMO team and your HR colleagues you are responsible for the execution of the change plan. You’ll share best practices, make fit-for-purpose tools, guide localization efforts and evaluate effectiveness of the plan. You will educate your stakeholders along the way so they can lead change, enhancing our organization’s change capability.
Develop, adapt and implement change management roadmap that maximizes buy-in and minimizes business disruption, consistent with and adding to our global change management methodology
Track and report on change progress, including quality, risk management, key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics, with timely delivery of key milestones and desired outcomes.
