Job Description

Realização de análises físicas para liberação das matérias-primas e produtos acabados;

Liberação de matérias primas e produtos acabados seguindo os padrões e procedimentos estabelecidos, garantindo a qualidade dos itens;

Inspeções em Boas Práticas de Fabricação;

Organizar e arquivar toda documentação pertinente à execução das liberações (resultados de análises, checklists e formulários);

Verificação de laudos e checklist de recebimento, transferências, itens importados, embalagens;

Acompanhar e auxiliar rotina de dedetizações e monitoramento de controle de pragas;

Armazenamento e quarteamento de amostras de contraprova de matérias primas e produtos acabados, garantindo organização e fácil recuperação para envio à laboratórios e monitoramento (auxiliando no plano de análises);

Descarte de amostras de contraprova quando necessário;

Inspecionar produtos devolvidos e produtos não conformes/reprocesso;

Elaboração de laudos de produtos acabados, atendendo demanda de clientes quando necessário;

Auxiliar no controle e monitoramento da potabilidade da água utilizada na Unidade.
