Job Description

O Mecânico de Manutenção Nível 1 será responsável por executar serviços de manutenção preventiva e corretiva em máquinas e equipamentos da fábrica de nutrição animal, garantindo o pleno funcionamento e a disponibilidade dos equipamentos, em conformidade com as normas de segurança e qualidade.

Responsabilidades:

Realizar a manutenção preventiva e corretiva de máquinas e equipamentos industriais.
Diagnosticar e identificar falhas mecânicas, elétricas e hidráulicas.
Executar ajustes, trocas de peças e serviços de lubrificação.
Manter registros das manutenções realizadas e acompanhar cronogramas de manutenção.
Trabalhar em conformidade com as normas de segurança e saúde do trabalho.
Colaborar com a equipe para melhorar processos e eficiência operacional.
Assistir em tarefas de montagem e desmontagem de máquinas quando necessário.
Reportar a supervisão sobre o estado dos equipamentos e necessidade de peças de reposição.

Requisitos:

Ensino médio completo; formação técnica em Mecânica ou áreas correlatas será um diferencial.
Experiência prévia em manutenção industrial será valorizada.
Conhecimento de sistemas mecânicos, hidráulicos e pneumáticos.
Habilidade para leitura e interpretação de manuais e esquemas elétricos.
Boa capacidade de trabalho em equipe e comunicação.
Disponibilidade para trabalhar em turnos, se necessário.
