WHAT ARE YOUR KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES?
Growing business opportunities
End to end responsibility for the total Feed Safety portfolio, including moisture management, mold control, grain treatment, mycotoxin management & food to feed waste stream
Lead implementation of the feed and food safety program in Vietnam: identifying the customer need, creating value-based business case proposals, Opportunity generation, manage and drive the project through to completion, including preparation & aftersales
Work in a matrix with the sales team to drive business growth for the feed safety portfolio in Vietnam.
Work with the marketing manager to develop the 3 years and yearly marketing plan of the defined program and quarterly monitoring of implementation and development;
Achieve targets according to sales budgets.
Develop a collaborative Key account strategy with relevant sales, technical and marketing colleagues.
Define together with the global & regional product manager the price strategy and price setting of the related program offering.
Lead Dosing Engineer for develop suitable equipment’s with global alignment, serve customer demand.
Develop the necessary support required for business expansion.
Knowledge sharing
Responsible to maintain and build own product and technical knowledge in relevant product categories by taking local & global technical trainings and by collaborating with the Marketing team, Sales team, Product development and Global Innovation. Based on input from Marketing and Pricing measures, prepares and quotes customers, to advise customers appropriately and to conclude the sale of product.
Provides insights to management on request, or own initiative, regarding quantitative and qualitative developments within his / her area of sales/expertise, based on reporting guidelines, and ensures all information is appropriately stored and updated, so that management and / or relevant stakeholders are able to make (timely) decisions and determine or adjust sales decisions and strategy.

What you bring
• Educational background to degree level. Ideally in the agribusiness/ animal science/ animal nutrition/ animal health/ Agri-Engineering.
• Min 5 years of experience in a relevant technical/commercial role.
• Business drive and thorough experience and understanding of Feed production is a plus, such as: Moisture management in the feed production, Mold and Salmonella control, Mycotoxin Risk Management in the grain trading and feed industry, animal health and nutrition.
• The ability to create and deliver compelling presentations, to effectively convey the strategic messages of the program offering. Able to write a business case,
• Strong listening skills to understand customer needs and influencing skills to achieve business objectives.
• Fluent in Vietnamese & English (writing and speaking) is mandatory, knowledge of other languages is considered a plus;
