Regional Manager - South East Asia
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to drive revenue and market share in the region.
- Identify and capitalize on high-growth opportunities in these markets.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies tailored to each country’s business landscape.
- Manage and grow relationships with key accounts, distributors, customers and business partners.
- Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and long-term agreements.
- Lead market research efforts to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Work closely with marketing teams to drive brand awareness and demand generation.
- Lead and support local sales teams and distributor networks.
- Provide coaching, training, and development programs for sales personnel and partners.
- Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams to achieve regional sales targets.
- Monitor sales performance, analyse key metrics, and implement improvements as needed.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, business reviews, and market insights to senior management.
- Manage regional sales budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Veterinary Science, Animal Husbandry, or a related field
- 15 - 20 years of experience in regional sales, key account management, or business development.
- Proven track record in commercial sales within high-potential and emerging markets.
- Strong negotiation, leadership, and relationship management skills.
- Experience in working with key accounts, distributors, partners, and multinational teams.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Thai or other regional languages is a plus.
- Ability to travel extensively across the assigned markets.
