What You’ll Do:
We are looking for a Technical Commercial Account Manager to join the Atlantic Swine Team to be responsible for:
- The sales of the total Trouw Nutrition swine portfolio to the strategic accounts within the Atlantics. In good cooperation with the different teams within Trouw Nutrition you are making an account plan and set the specific actions to achieve the goals. You are working in a very close relationship with the local and ECA Technical sales managers for the roll out of the Value Proposition.
- Setting up and implementing year plan for the key area(s) of the swine department, including budgets, in line with the strategy, market developments and financial and other business objectives
- Being the first-hand technical contact person for our customers, supported by the local and ECA technical sales managers
- The development and maintenance of an efficient sales (support) organization, according to the framework of the year plan, in order to obtain the quantitative and qualitative sales targets, and the sales activities anticipate the market developments.
- Leading the CRM way of working to a higher level and steers into the needed direction.
- Account management: ensuring the development and execution of professional account management, and maintains personal relationships with main accounts, within the guidelines of the annual plans, resulting in optimization of customer/consumer relations and business opportunities, and a positive image of TN in the market.
- Market/product development: ensuring the monitoring of trends in business, market, customer requirements and sees to the translation of these into innovations in co-operation with other functional disciplines, consistent with the strategy and annual plans, in order stimulate the anticipation on business opportunities and optimize the product portfolio
- Budget control: supporting the budget control of the department, takes corrective actions when necessary, and ensures adequate reporting, within corporate guidelines, to ensure that the Species delivers its budget and meets KPI objectives.
- Maintain and enhance internal department relationships and processes to ensure continuous improvement in colleague and customer experience and satisfaction.
- Proactively align (demands and expectations) the internal organization and all relevant stakeholders in order to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
