Iberia Program Manager
Job Description
What are your key accountabilities?
- Responsible for performance of direct & indirect reports (Workstream Leads, internal PMO and external PMO).
- Responsible for implementing the program structure incl. workstreams, communication, documentation, reporting, controls and progress tracking, as well as monitoring adherence and taking appropriate measures in case of deviations.
- Defining, implementing and utilizing program control processes, procedures and related tools, as well as ensuring relevant people are trained.
- Responsible for defining and implementing the program governance structure, taking the lead in reporting out to Nutreco global management and BU management.
- Responsible for development, implementation, utilization and tracking of a program integrated activity schedule to ensure meeting agreed program milestones.
- Managing the program’s budget (CAPEX and OPEX) – controlling commitments, spending and forecasts against baseline budgets, as well as providing cost analyses as needed.
- He will be responsible to invest more than 170 Mio € according to the plan already presented to Nutreco MB, adjusting timing and budgets accordingly in time.
- Managing overall program risks and issues and lead definition of corrective actions, as well as monitoring actions progress.
- Managing program changes (changes to scope, organization, etc) according to a change management process.
- Working closely with the BU HR function, manage the required changes in the BU organisation as the program is delivered. This also entails managing changes to the way of working for BU staff (e.g. increased automation, different quality assurance processes, etc).
- Implementing an efficient communications structure between Workstream Leads, PMO, BU stakeholders and stakeholders outside of the BU.
- Act as an inspiration and motivator to direct reports and program stakeholders.

What you bring
- >15 years experience with managing business transformation programs in manufacturing industry, preferably animal/aquafeed, food, FMCG or fine chemicals.
- >5 years experience with PMO / program management roles, managing the scope, budget and schedule of a complex program.
- >5 years experience with managing teams of subject matter experts in an international environment.
- Minimum Bachelor level education.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and writing).
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and writing), both to local (project) teams and to senior management levels.
- Practical, hands-on, active attitude and interest to engage pro-actively with project teams.
Desirable
- Demonstrated experience in an Operations management related role (e.g. production, supply chain, etc.).
- Having lived and worked outside of home location for at least 2 years.
