You will also collaborate with global and European teams to ensure strategies are successfully implemented in the UK marketplace.

This is a unique opportunity for someone with on-farm or livestock experience who is eager to grow into a broader technical and commercial role, while contributing directly to Nutreco’s global sustainability ambitions.

  • Support the rollout and management of digital platforms, ensuring effective training, adoption, and stakeholder engagement

  • Contribute to technical innovation projects, working with local, regional, and global teams to bring new solutions to the UK market

  • Participate in on-farm visits, customer meetings, and industry events to represent Trouw Nutrition GB

  • Proactive, curious, and eager to learn, with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, able to build trust, strong relationships, and influence effectively.

  • Willingness to travel within the UK and occasionally abroad

  • Location: hybrid role based in the Ashbourne, with flexibility to work from home
