Hyperautomation and agentic AI are key enablers of this transformation. This role ensures these capabilities move beyond pilots to enterprise scale, delivering tangible business value. 

Are you looking for the opportunity to drive Nutreco’s next phase of digital transformation by scaling hyperautomation and agentic AI from successful pilots to enterprise-wide impact—safely, responsibly, and measurably. You will turn strategy into adoption at scale, measure the value of delivered solutions, implement guardrails, community, and portfolio discipline that unlock productivity, quality, and new business value across our global company. 

What you’ll do 

1) Scale & Adoption 

  • Translate digital strategy into a scalable adoption model for hyperautomation and agentic AI. 
  • Drive global rollout of proven use cases, ensuring reuse and standardization across Business Units. 
  • Partner with the Development Manager and IT for delivery alignment, while focusing on business enablement and adoption. 

2) Governance & Value Realization 

  • Define and enforce governance frameworks for intake, prioritization, and benefit tracking. 
  • Partner with Finance to validate ROI and business value for all scaled solutions. 
  • Maintain a portfolio view of initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities. 

3) Community & Change Management 

  • Build and nurture a global citizen developer community, enabling local teams to innovate safely. 
  • Lead change management programs (e.g., ADKAR) to embed new ways of working. 
  • Organize enablement sessions, showcases, and playbooks to accelerate adoption. 

4) Agentic AI Enablement 

  • Promote safe and responsible use of agentic AI in business processes. 
  • Partner with technical teams to ensure guardrails and compliance are understood and followed. 
  • Identify high-value opportunities for agentic AI and support business teams in adoption. 

5) Stakeholder Engagement 

  • Act as the business-facing lead for hyperautomation and Agentic AI scaling. 
  • Influence senior stakeholders across BUs and Functions to secure sponsorship and resources. 
  • Communicate progress, success stories, and value delivered to executive leadership. 

What you’ll bring 

  • Experience: 8+ years in digital transformation, automation, or AI adoption at scale. 
  • Scaling Expertise: Proven track record in rolling out enterprise-wide programs (automation, AI, or similar). 
  • Change Leadership: Strong background in change management and stakeholder engagement. 
  • Business Acumen: Ability to link technology to business outcomes and articulate ROI. 
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with hyper automation concepts (Agentic AI, Lowcode, Automations) and emerging AI trends. 
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, influence without authority, and a collaborative mindset. 
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Innovation, or related field. 
  • Language: Fluent English; other languages are a plus.
