Hours: Full-time
Note: This role temporarily replaces a colleague on long term sick leave to ensure continuity of commercial finance support

Trouw Nutrition Poland operates in a fast paced, commercially driven environment supporting livestock producers with high quality nutritional solutions. The Commercial Finance team partners with Sales, Marketing, Pricing, and regional functions to provide accurate data and clear insights for strong business decisions.


The Commercial Controller is closely involved in daily commercial activities - from pricing and customer negotiations to forecasting, contract support, and reporting. As we advance digitalization and automation through tools like Power BI, this role plays a key part in improving processes and enabling faster, data driven decisions.


What you’ll do:
As our Commercial Controller, you will help shape data-driven decision-making across our commercial organization.

You will:

  • Coordinate sales, cost, and marketing forecasts within the rolling forecast process.

  • Monitor performance vs. targets and recommend corrective actions.

  • Analyze customer portfolio dynamics and profitability.

  • Prepare monthly financial commentaries and KPI reporting.

  • Support sales teams with data insights

  • Participation in customer contract preparation 

  • Drive automation and reporting improvements (Power BI)

  • Manage rebates, accruals, and settlement process

  • Collaborate on pricing, tendering, and risk/opportunity assessments


Who we’re looking for:
You’re someone who thrives at the intersection of data, business performance, and stakeholder collaboration.

You bring:

  • ~3 years of experience in finance, controlling, or commercial analysis.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience in working with data mining, data agregation   and reporting tools, ideally Power BI.Strong spreadsheet skills and knowledge of financial modelling 

  • Experience in an international or commercial environment (FMCG or other consumer goods is a plus).

  • Comfortable partnering with multiple stakeholders and providing data-driven recommendations.

  • Motivated to improve processes, automate reporting, and elevate commercial performance.

  • Excellent fluency in Polish & English
