We are seeking a Communication Specialist for our ECA (Europe and Central Asia) team located in Italy or Poland who ensures the correct and complete internal communication for our Trouw Nutrition brand. This operational role is crucial to keep the ECA community involved in all developments within Trouw Nutrition in a phase of organisational transformation in which keeping different stakeholders connected and up to date is becoming more important.

As Internal Communication Specialist you can make a significant impact in an organization by fostering clear, effective communication that aligns employees with the company's goals, culture, and values.


About The Role: Mobilising teams around shared purposes

  • Responsibilities:

    • Keeping the ECA channels, such as Nutranet (Nutreco´s intranet), Viva Engage, newsletters and other specific internal channels, up to date, providing support on the key messages to ensure if they’re reflecting the initiatives of all teams across Europe and Central Asia

    • Be responsible for all technical details of Nutreco’s face-to-face and online events.

    • Managing the communication network in different countries across ECA to make sure relevant information flows properly within the local teams.

    • Proactively connect with different stakeholders and the Global Communication Team to understand and support strategic and cross-functional initiatives and projects

    • Support and proposing communication plans content for internal or external communication


Skills and Expertise

  • Qualifications:

    • A bachelor’s degree in communication, or a similar field.

    • Minimum of two years’ experience with internal communication, preferably in a Global environment.

    • Fluency in English and effectively communicating and networking with business and stakeholders.

    • Specialized knowledge of communication tools and techniques.

    • Soft skills like proactive approach, excellent communication skills, collaboration, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

    • A candidate is successful in the role when they can show flexibility to adapt the communication to fully connect with people.
