IT Support Engineer
Job Description
The IT Support & Operations Officer provides standard end-user support and troubleshooting in line with Nutreco’s IT Policy and Strategy. This includes providing support for local business applications, providing support for Nutreco applications and execution of other relevant IT tasks. The IT S&O Officer is responsible for providing technical assistance, analysis and solutions to issues reported or escalated from the service desk. He / she supports the execution of the Business IT strategy under the leadership of the Business IT Specialist and/or Manager.
The IT Support & Operations Officer reports hierarchically to the Business IT Specialist or Manager. The IT S&O Officer has a local scope.
The role applies incident and problem management processes to provide resolution to incidents or appropriate workarounds for problems while seeking to proactively and continuously improve support to the Nutreco’s internal and external customers.
- Support for user for hardware issues and application issues.
- In charge of IT infrastructure in offices
- In charge of Network across offices
- Knowing about office 365 applications
