We are looking for a motivated Business Application Specialist (BAS) to join our NCC Sales Team. In this crucial role, you’ll be supporting, implementing, and innovating business applications, with a strong focus on M3 and pricing processes. You will work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions, driving efficiency and innovation.

About The Role: Innovating and Supporting Business Applications Globally
Responsibilities:
Support business applications by configuring, implementing, and troubleshooting them to ensure seamless operations.
Proactively enhance and optimize business processes through innovative application solutions that align with evolving business needs.
Collaborate to extend solutions to other business systems and address emerging organizational needs.
Take the lead or actively participate in transformative process initiatives to streamline operations and drive success.
Provide expert guidance and deliver impactful training sessions that enable teams to excel.
Develop long-lasting partnerships with key business stakeholders and work with globally distributed teams for collective success.
Gather and analyse business requirements from key users, translating them into effective functional and technical designs.
Define and coordinate change requests with stakeholders and ensure alignment with the Competence Centre.
Draft compelling project charters and change documents, ensuring each initiative is well-planned and aligned with organizational goals.
Manage, staff, and steer projects, ensuring they meet timelines and deliver exceptional outcomes.
Govern functional area projects by identifying needs, developing solutions, and translating them into actionable application or process improvements.
Skills and Expertise
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in M3 functional application support (especially in Pricing modules and order-to-cash processes).
Strong technical skills, with experience in SQL, Power BI, Power Apps, and related tools. (Familiarity with the Infor OS platform, including scripts, workflows and the Experience Designer app is considered a plus.)
A solid understanding of business processes and the ability to connect IT and business needs.
Fluency in English and effectively communicating and networking with business and stakeholders.
Soft skills like excellent communication, proactiveness, adaptability, and a focus on problem-solving and analytical thinking. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders, particularly in multicultural and international environments.
Willingness to travel up to 25%.
