About The Role:
- Responsibilities:
- Provide the Opcos with access to the best solutions to MEA’s unmet customer needs
- Collaborates with Global Marketing and Innovation teams to deliver solutions addressing local challenges
- Identifies new business opportunities for products/improvements and plans to maximise
- Prepares sales and profit estimates for future products
- Oversees the roll-out and launch for innovations, customizing launch materials and trainings for Opcos
- Leads species communities to share knowledge, best practices and innovations within the BU
- Provides technical support to Opcos, addressing species-specific challenges
Skills and Expertise
- Qualifications:
- Strong Commercial/Marketing affinity
- Nutritional/Science based degree related to Poultry
- Ability to translate technical knowledge into commercially viable solutions
- Team player, able to communicate across functions
- Culturally sensitive
- Results and Quality Driven
Expectation from Role:
- Regularly conducts field visits and collaborates with Opcos to capture practical feedback and adjust solutions for greater relevance
- Engages with key accounts, industry forums and other stakeholders to stay in tune with unmet needs and drive product development
