Temporary Accountant - Account receivable & Sales (8 months)
Job Description
Key responsibilities
1. Accounts Receivable
- Set up selling price and discount
- Release CO daily
- Process AR collection daily
- Calculate Bad debts provision
- Clear AR forVAT invoices for donated goods
- Clear AR for raw material for sample or research
- Booking for Rebate accrual & Rebate Confirm
- Check LC doc export, check BG, and contract
- Approve new customer code on CRM
2. Reporting and others
- AR Aging report weekly/monthly
- Report of % overdue & % bad debt
- Send customer statements of accounts monthly
- Reconcile Trial Balance To The General Ledger for accounts in charge
- Sales reconciliation & sales related reporting
- VAT output reconciliation (jointly with Tax function)
- Back up AR for release CO/ report Aging
- Other Ad-hoc or relevant tasks as assigned
Competencies (Academic qualifications, Experiences & personal attributes)
- Recognized qualifications in Accounting/Finance/Banking with Bachelor's degree or college equivalent qualification (Cao Dang).
- Have experiences in accounting is an advantage
- Technology savvy with experience in ERP System. ERP of M3 is an advance.
- English skills: can communicate in English with basic level
- Computer skills: Excel skills.
- Self-starter and good team player with professional behavior
