Are you ready to play a key role in optimizing daily cash flows and ensuring liquidity within a dynamic organization? We are seeking a Junior Treasury Analyst to join our team in Amersfoort or Boxmeer.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient financial transactions while making a meaningful impact by improving treasury processes and identifying cost-saving opportunities. Your analytical skills and proactive approach will directly contribute to the financial health and stability of the company.

About The Role: Insure Financial Health

  • Responsibilities:

    • Ensure optimal liquidity of various business units by carrying out effective treasury activities.

    • Actively monitor cash flows (both inbound and outbound) and establish close contact with operational teams.

    • Informing stakeholders on financial market movements and potential impact on our operations.

    • Contribute to managing external relationships with banks, with a focus on optimising service and cost control.

    • Contribute to the development of treasury reports to provide insight into financial performance and risks.

    • Active participation in various projects, including banking connectivity and the migration of the Treasury Management System
       

Skills and Expertise

  • Qualifications:

    • A bachelor’s degree in finance, economics or equivalent in a similar field.

    • 1+ years of relevant work experience in treasury, finance or controlling.

    • Fluency in Dutch and English, to effectively communicating and networking with business and Opcos stakeholders.

    • Soft skills like analytical strength, excellent communication skills, team collaboration, adaptability and attention to detail

    • A candidate will be successful in this role if they can demonstrate a willingness to learn with a proactive approach to problem solving and process improvement.
