Are you ready to lead large-scale projects that redefine the future of Nutreco? We are looking for a Strategic Project Manager to take ownership of transformative initiatives that impact our global operations and drive sustainable growth. Reporting to the Head of Strategy, you will operate at the heart of our business, collaborating directly with senior leaders, including Management Board members, to deliver measurable results.
In this role, you will lead complex, high-impact projects worth €10–100M in EBITDA improvement. Your ability to navigate a matrix organization and build strong relationships across geographies and functions will be essential to success.
About The Role:
As Strategic Project Manager, you will play a critical role in executing Nutreco’s Strategy initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver transformational results by independently managing large-scale projects that enhance our global footprint and operational excellence.
- Drive strategy to execution by setting up and managing complex projects independently, bridging strategy and finance for actionable outcomes.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align strategic goals and execution, becoming a trusted advisor to the sponsoring Management Board member.
- Collaborate across the organization by building relationships at all levels and aligning stakeholders from diverse geographies and functions.
Skills and Expertise
Qualifications:
- A Master’s degree (MSc or PhD) in life sciences, business, economics, or marketing is required; a MBA is a strong plus.
- Professional Expertise: 3-5 years at a top-tier management consulting firm or in equivalent corporate roles, with a proven track record in leading strategic projects and large-scale transformations.
- Proven Leadership: A track record of independently setting up and leading strategic projects in complex, international environments.
- Relationship Builder: Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.
- Analytical Strength: Strong problem-solving and financial acumen, enabling you to connect strategic goals with measurable results.
- Global Perspective: International and cross-cultural experience, with fluency in English (spoken and written).
