We are looking for a motivated Business Application Specialist (BAS) to join our NCC Team. In this crucial role, you’ll be supporting, implementing, and optimizing Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solutions to enhance maintenance processes across Nutreco’s global operations. You will work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and continuous improvement in maintenance management.

About The Role: Innovating and Supporting EAM Applications Globally

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for EAM applications, ensuring smooth operation and troubleshooting issues efficiently.

  • Collaborate with maintenance teams and stakeholders to gather business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and drive process improvements.

  • Proactively develop and enhance EAM application processes to improve asset management, predictive maintenance, and operational efficiency.

  • Lead or participate in process improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and optimize asset lifecycle management.

  • Develop and provide training and user support, fostering strong relationships with business partners and remote teams.

  • Work as part of international project teams to roll out EAM solutions across Nutreco factories worldwide
     

Skills and Expertise

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Maintenance Management, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 3-5 years of experience working with Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) applications in maintenance, asset management, or manufacturing environments.

  • Strong understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance, asset tracking, and work order management.

  • Affinity with IT and experience in business application management.

  • Experience with SQL, data analysis, or reporting tools is a plus.

  • Fluency in English with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Soft skills: proactive, collaborative, adaptable, with strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.

  • 75% remote work flexibility.

  • Willing to travel up to 25% of the time.

  • Location: Any European or American time zones
