We're looking for an experienced B2B Marketing Manager with a passion for pet nutrition to help us drive growth in our custom premix business in Europe.
In this role, you'll translate the global Companion Animal strategy, European regional commercial strategy and local market insights into impactful marketing initiatives that drive growth. As a commercial leader with deep market knowledge, you'll create and implement strategies and inspire cross-functional teams to deliver differentiating value for our pet food-producing customers.

About The Role: Shape European Companion Animal Growth
Responsibilities:
Work cross-functionally with Market Intelligence, Sales, Technical, Customer Care and occasionally customers to understand the business, decipher customer needs, evaluate tactics and guide commercial focus.
Develop and implement regional strategic marketing plans and budgets on an annual basis.
Serve as the regional expert on the market, customers and competition - within the region and at global/business unit level.
Coordinate internally and with external vendors to execute the marketing plan in the region.
Proactively monitor performance of strategies and tactics, adjusting approach as necessary in line with business objectives.
Collaborate with sales and technical teams on strategies and tactics that support our growth with key accounts.
Partner with regional commercial leadership and be accountable to BU/Global leadership for adherence to budget and play a key role in delivering commercial results.
Skills and Expertise
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business management or marketing preferred; alternatively, an MBA.
5+ years’ experience in strategic B2B marketing leadership (mandatory). Experience in the animal nutrition or pet food industry is a plus.
Experience in a commercial team environment (past sales experience or experience working closely with sales preferred)
Soft skills like excellent communication, effective teamwork, and adaptability a proven ability to work independently in a flexible, remote environment, and success in collaborating across diverse cultures.
Willingness to travel up to 25% within Europe and USA
Fluent in English
