About Nutreco Exploration
Nutreco Exploration (NutEx) is the ingredient development partner for all Nutreco business lines—Trouw Nutrition and Skretting. With expertise in Phytotechnology and Microtechnology, we ‘Discover, Create, and Produce‘ innovative products that integrate into Nutreco’s feeding solutions—enhancing their impact on the health and welfare of aquatic and land animals. Our vision is to develop a proprietary portfolio of high-impact solutions backed by patents, regulatory approvals, and deep scientific understanding.
At our state-of-the-art Nutreco’s Garden of the Future facility in Arbon, Switzerland - situated in the renowned Phyto-Valley - we operate as a dynamic and agile team of 20 experts. This is where you come in. As our new Marketing Manager Phytotechnology you will to oversee the creation, management and optimization of NutEx content, including its organization and managing the associated activities and deliverables. In this dynamic role you will leverage NutEx content for improving customer experience, as well as providing added-value documentation to the Nutreco Business Lines and the market. You will operate transversally across the NutEx programs and across Nutreco Businesses.
Responsibilities:
Brand Management
Lead branding strategy and implementation for Nutreco’s umbrella brand Edgeos, ensuring strong brand identity and communication.
Manage visual identity, corporate branding interactions, and value proposition refinement.
Support Nutreco business units in leveraging the value of Edgeos for commercial success.
Product Management
Oversee the development and maintenance of product value propositions and technical dossiers.
Manage product-related content and documentation throughout the product lifecycle.
Ensure alignment with business needs and regulatory requirements post-launch.
Content and Documentation
Lead the creation and annual update of Edgeos product monographs, consolidating Discovery & Development insights for business use.
Manage and deliver the NutEx Chronicles, a quarterly newsletter providing value-added content to Nutreco businesses and customers.
Drive the development of marketing materials, including websites, presentations, and interactive visuals, such as NutEx’s virtual reality tool.
Stakeholder Engagement and Management
Organize and manage all customer and stakeholder visits to Nutreco’s Garden of the Future, ensuring high-quality engagement experiences.
Develop visit content and continuously improve the visitor experience.
Maintain and evolve the visual identity and branding of Nutreco’s Garden of the Future.
Skills and Expertise:
At least 5 years of experience in a marketing function related to medicinal plants, Phytotechnology or a related field.
Proven track record in content development, project management, and marketing material creation.
Strong content writing and storytelling capabilities.
Hands-on approach with a proactive, execution-driven mindset.
Engaged, creative, and driven individual who excels in a collaborative, cross-functional team setting.
Willingness to explore new territory, take risks, and contribute to innovative solutions.
