Are you an experienced IT Project Manager with a passion for delivering impactful IT solutions? Nutreco is looking for a skilled professional to manage and execute a variety of IT projects, from technical infrastructure initiatives to business-driven application implementations. In this role, you will work closely with global and local teams, ensuring project success while aligning with Nutreco’s digital transformation strategy.
As an IT Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution and delivery of IT projects within a defined framework, driving projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet scope, budget and quality requirements.
You will also play a key role in improving project management practices within Nutreco's corporate IT environment.

Responsibilities
Manage IT projects using Nutreco’s frameworks, ensuring timely and quality delivery
Align with key stakeholders to maintain clear communication and project objectives
Monitor budgets, timelines, risks, and documentation, taking corrective action as needed
Lead and support cross-functional teams, engaging external consultants when required
Ensure IT projects align with business goals and digital strategy
Skills and Expertise
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree, ideally in Computer Science, Innovation Management or a related field
4+ years of experience in IT project management within an international organization.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Prince2, PMBOK, Scrum, Agile, or similar)
Certified Project Manager (IPMA, PMP, or equivalent) – mandatory
Certification in change management (e.g., ADKAR) – highly preferred
Experience managing global projects across multiple stakeholders
Familiarity with IT applications, infrastructure, and digital transformation initiatives
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
Additional Information
Location: Netherlands (Hybrid, with flexibility for occasional travel)
Travel Requirement: Up to 25% global travel
Industry Experience: Background in animal nutrition, animal health, life sciences, or related industries is preferred.
