As a Commercial & Marketing Finance Business Partner, you will play a critical role in driving the financial success of the organization by partnering with commercial teams and providing strategic financial guidance. You will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and other business units to analyze financial performance, identify growth opportunities, and develop actionable insights. Your role will involve financial planning, forecasting, pricing analysis, and business case development.
About The Role: Commercial & Marketing Finance Business Partner
Responsibilities:
Financial Analysis and Performance Management
Analyze financial performance of the commercial line.
In-depth financial analysis, KPI´s and metrics to monitor company performance.
Financial Planning and Forecasting
Develop annual budgets, financial forecasts, strategic plans.
Provide financial guidance aligned with business objectives.
Business Partnership and Decision Support
Trusted advisor to commercial team on pricing, promotions, investment, customers, etc
Financial Modeling and Scenario Analysis
Assess the financial impact of different business initiatives, market dynamics.
Provide recommendations based on financial modelling.
Stakeholder Management and Reporting
Present financial reports, dashboards for management team and stakeholders.
Build strong relationships with commercial teams.
House in order/Internal controls
Ensure strong control environment and compliance with external and internal requirements, i.e. accounting standards, audits, …
Organization development and team management
Skills and Expertise
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
+10 years of experience in related roles, with a focus on commercial finance.
Strong knowledge of financial planning, forecasting, and performance management.
Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, scenario analysis and Excel.
Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of sales and marketing dynamics.
Experience in the industry or relevant sectors is highly desirable.
Availability to be assigned to different finance positions worldwide in the mid-term.
Ability to work fluently in both languages Spanish and English.
