Mill Operators (x5)

£15.33 per Hour + Benefits & Wellbeing Package

Day Shift: Monday to Thursday 6.00 to 14.00 + Friday 6.00 to 16.00

Late Shift: Monday to Thursday 13.30 to 23.30

Paid Breaks included.

Rotating Shifts

Location: Ship Street, Belfast

The Job Role:

Operational activities:

• Perform various manual activities and operate basic machinery and tools

• Perform basic checks and controls on materials, like checking weights, size, visual checks etc.

• Signal deviations with supervisor

Good housekeeping:

• Maintain clean equipment and work environment

Communication:

• Maintain records

• Follow training instructions

• Speak up if there is a concern

• Tell us about improvements

Compliance:

• Know and work by the safety rules

• Alert management to any hazards

Essential Skills, Knowledge Experience ​

• Basic level of English (Written and spoken)

• Good numerical skills

• Team Player

• High attention to detail

• Can follow instructions

• Has initiative

• Eligibility to work in the UK.

• Physically able, with/without reasonable adjustments, to lift and move goods up to legal limits.

Desirable Skills, Knowledge and Experience

• Previous experience in a production or mill environment

• Knowledge and understanding of handling food products

• Health & Safety Training
