About The Role: Optimize Inventory and Elevate Customer Experience
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with stock counts, answering customer phone calls, receiving and displaying merchandise
- Must be pleasant and professional and demonstrate excellent customer service skills
- Performing general housekeeping duties and 75% warehouse duties is a must.
- Outstanding organizational abilities and demonstrated attention to detail
- Work in a fast-paced environment and efficiently multi-task
Skills and Expertise
Qualifications:
- Agricultural industry experiences an asset
- Physical Requirements: Ability to regularly bend and twist; ability to stand for long periods of time. Ability to lift a minimum of 25 kgs.
- Self-motivated – able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Demonstrate a commitment to customer service
- Forklift experience is an asset
Expectation from the Role:
- Provide exceptional customer service, assist with inquiries, make product recommendations, and drive sales.
- Collaborate with team members, maintain a clean and organized store, and support additional tasks as needed.
- The availability to support multi-skilled operators, supervisors/team leaders, or others.
- Regular, Full-time, Monday to Friday
- On-site location: 9415 – 109 Street Westlock, Alberta T7P 2M6
