The Procurement Excellence Manager will lead the transformation and optimization of indirect & direct procurement processes across global operations, driving performance improvement and delivering value to the organization. The successful candidate will lead change management activities, oversee the development of procurement dashboards, and support the creation of sustainable procurement strategies while fostering a data-driven and collaborative culture.
Job Description:
- Develop and implement an end-to-end procurement process framework and standards at a global level, harmonizing and simplifying operations to enhance transparency and efficiency.
- Facilitate the development of procurement dashboards, reports, and analytics to promote a data-driven culture and ensure consistent, integrated procurement data is readily available.
- Support the implementation of global procurement templates and best practices through training programs and stakeholder engagement.
- Create and enforce procurement policies, guidelines, and category strategies while ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement cutting-edge procurement technologies, ensuring the systems and processes support target procurement performance.
- Drive procurement excellence initiatives, focusing on continuous improvement, risk mitigation, and change management to enhance the procurement function.
- Lead procurement-related projects, manage stakeholder communications, and work cross-functionally to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with organizational objectives.
Job Requirements:
- Master’s degree or HBO equivalent in a relevant field with 5–7 years of experience as a senior sourcing and procurement professional in international environments
- Extensive experience with global business services and e-procurement platforms, such as source-to-contract, purchase-to-pay, and vendor management systems.
- Strong understanding of master data management and its role in spend analysis, performance reporting, and operational decision-making.
- Proficient in procurement systems integration, and operational reporting tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and foster alignment across teams.
- Proactive, strategic thinker with a "can-do" attitude and a passion for driving continuous improvement.
- Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus but not mandatory.
- Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time.
