Nutreco has launched a transformation program of which one of the key pillars is the implementation of sales and operations planning (S&OP), leading towards Integrated Business Planning.
The Global IBP technology and analytics business owner is a senior-level individual responsible for driving the IBP technology vision, overall leadership and development of IBP applications and Supply chain analytics, playing a key role in enabling mature supply chains that increase customer service, profitability, cash flow, and environmental sustainability.
About The Role
Responsibilities:
In this role you will be part of the Nutreco S&OP/IBP Global team and own the business needs for S&OP/IBP. You will coordinate the project management and be accountable for the successful roll out of IBP processes and tooling.
The Manager defines, prepares and leads & executes projects, in line with business needs and project management methods and techniques (including the defined project management framework), to deliver projects according to the agreed objectives. He / she oversees the planning, implementation, and tracking of projects.
You will demonstrate your analytical strengths and core supply chain expertise by leading the development of Supply Chain Blueprint including KPIs and analytics, the adoption thereof by business partners, as well as report on the impact of IBP technology and supply chain analytics initiatives (inc. the Nutreco Value Office).
Skills and Expertise
Qualifications:
At least 10 years professional experience in a similar role within a dynamic, global, highly matrix organization.
End-to-end supply chain operations know-how, and ideally a good knowledge of demand and supply planning operations.
Experience in project or tool implementation, project re-engineering, or similar experience is highly desirable.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, anlytical and PM skills.
Flexibility to travel around 30% of the time.
Expectation from Role:
As an expert in the IBP process and sub-process definitions, you will supports the development and improvement of the processes, especially in terms of how technology and process can be leveraged to ensure adoption by the technology users.
The project team will have managers from NCC and the IBP solution provider for the design, and local Opco for the roll out. To support the successful adoption of IBP tools, you will coordinate the development of the necessary training materials with the Nutreco Supply Chain Centre of Excellence, NCC, and Solution providers.
