I feel that collaboration, especially working across different borders and countries, brings many people together, helping to drive forward Nutreco's Purpose of Feeding The Future. Our Purpose  makes me feel like I am part of something bigger that has a real impact on real people. I believe that what we do is not just about business and a job, but about driving change, making a real impact, and adding value. At Nutreco, we are encouraged to be bold, take initiative, and lead, and it's okay to make and learn from mistakes.
