Fernanda Cardoso, Talent Acquisition Manager for Latin America, joined Nutreco to help build the region’s newest Talent Acquisition team and to experience the company’s culture firsthand. In her year and a half with Nutreco, she has seen a strong focus on sustainability, diversity, innovation, and valuing people not just results. With structured development plans, constant feedback, and opportunities to grow, Fernanda feels empowered to take ownership of her path.
