Owning my collaboration at Nutreco feels different, it’s powered by integrity and passion. Being part of a strong team, working towards sustainable protein production, gives me a sense of empowerment and value. I have been with Nutreco for three years, focusing on improving the quality and safety of feed in the packaging section. Collaboration has been key to my growth. Working alongside other professionals has helped me learn, evolve, and contribute to producing high-quality feed. Hearing positive feedback from my colleagues about our work fills me with pride. Looking ahead, I aspire to take on a bigger role, such as a Research and Development Scientist, to continue making an impact.
