I have been with Nutreco for four years, contributing to our mission of Feeding the Future. One experience that stands out is participating in the Jump Leadership Program. The program challenged me to step out of my comfort zone, discover my strengths, and explore areas for growth. It was intense but incredibly rewarding, giving me the confidence to lead a stronger and more effective team.
