I own my impact through my daily work by striving to improve processes, increase efficiency, and help operations run smoothly. I believe that even small improvements are meaningful because they contribute to the larger goal of Feeding the Future. I have been with Nutreco for nearly three years. I joined because I not only get to do work I love but also have the opportunity to grow through real-world challenges every day. Currently, I lead a small team in automation engineering, supporting and encouraging members to be creative and continuously improve. I am very proud of this work. Owning my impact gives me confidence and motivation.
