I chose collaboration support because I believe meaningful work is achieved together. I have been with Skretting for nine years, and my journey began with the goal of using my skills as a sales administrator to support sales, manufacturing, and the factory.I cannot accomplish everything alone, my work progresses with the support of my assistant and colleagues. Even small words of thanks from the people I work with bring me joy and a sense of purpose. While it’s sometimes hard to see the impact of my work directly, being part of the aquaculture industry allows me to contribute, even in a small way, to feeding the future. That makes my work both enjoyable and exciting. Currently, I focus on successfully implementing the IBP programme at Skretting Japan, while maintaining a priority on my health to sustain long-term impact.
