We are looking for a motivated Business Application Specialist (BAS) to join our NCC Team. In this crucial role, you’ll be supporting, implementing, and innovating business applications, with a strong focus on M3 and Supply Chain processes. You will work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions, driving efficiency and innovation.

About The Role: Innovating and Supporting Business Applications Globally
Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support for M3 applications, ensuring smooth operations and quick troubleshooting for issues.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain teams to Collect business requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications and deliver effective solutions.
• Proactively develop and improve business application processes to align with business needs
• Participate in or lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency
• Develop and provide training and support while building strong relationships with business partners and collaborating with remote teams
Skills and Expertise
• Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience with Infor M3 in application support (mandatory), particularly in Supply Chain or in Operations.
• Affinity with IT or have some SQL skills. Infor M3 ERP expertise (will be consider a huge plus)
• Fluency in English and effectively communicating and networking with business and stakeholders.
• Soft skills like good communication, proactive, collaborative, adaptable, with a strong focus on problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• 75% work from remote
• Willing to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Location: Any European or American timezones
