To drive this vision forward, Nutreco is seeking a Hyper automation Developer to design and implement cutting-edge digital solutions that enhance business processes and equip teams with smarter, more efficient tools. About The Role:  Drive digital transformation 
Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and scale digital applications using low-code platforms, enabling automation and process optimisation

  • Engage with our Business Units around the globe to identify digitization and automation opportunities with applications to drive efficiency, data drive decision making, and innovation across the organization. 

  • Help us further build and nurture a global network of hyper-automation citizen developers who are colleagues working in different locations and departments across the organisation that are able to automate their own processes and drive innovation within their teams.  

  • Lead digital innovation projects, working with Scrum teams, IT leaders, and Business Units to accelerate digital transformation. 

  • Utilise the power of (Agentic) AI, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and low code/no code solutions to enhance business processes and optimise decision-making. 

  • Ensure that implemented solutions are tracked and value validated by Finance. 
     

Skills and Expertise 
Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s or master’s Degree, ideally in Computer Science, Innovation Management or a related field 

  • 2+ years of experience in digital transformation, software/app development, or automation in a business-driven environment 

  • Experience in change management (ADKAR)  

  • Fluency in English and effectively communicating and networking with business and stakeholders. 

  • A team player and making impact together mindset with eagerness to learn, develop, and no hesitation to invest time to understand Nutreco's business around the world.  

  • Experience with AI, Low Code Platforms (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform), or Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is a plus. 

  • Essential soft skills encompass a keen analytical mindset, a passion for technology and innovation, adaptability to emerging trends, and excellent communication skills promote community engagement and to connect technical and non-technical stakeholders. 

  • Location: This position offers global flexibility with a hybrid work arrangement, requiring 2-3 days per week in the office, ideally located near any of Nutreco's relevant business units
